Bluegrass calls attention to free-standing Qwest stores

Qwest, one of the world leaders in voice, video and data services, had contracted with Bluegrass Promotional Marketing to handle their online company store because of our extensive experience and success in that area. But Qwest had another need. They also had two free-standing stores in Denver, Colorado that needed inventory to be managed more effectively.

That's when Bluegrass dialed up another winning solution.

We developed a fully-integrated POS system that allowed us to keep accurate inventory for both the physical stores and the online store. Plus, we adapted the system to manage an internal gift certificate program that could support over $1 million in outstanding balances at any given time.

The result?

Qwest ended up with highly successful stores -- both free-standing and online. And Bluegrass ended up with a much stronger relationship with our client.
