bioMérieux, Inc. - an international company specializing in the area of in vitro infectious disease diagnostics - honors employees annually for their years of dedicated service. So when they wanted to inject some new life into the service awards program, they turned to Bluegrass Promotional Marketing.
We helped them implement a customized, web-based program that allowed employees with 5-40 years of service to choose from a wide assortment of gifts tiered to their level of service.
But we didn't stop there.
We also incorporated a letter and certificate, signed by the bioMérieux President and Vice President of Human Resources expressing their gratitude to the employee, then included them in the delivery of the gifts.
The result?
