Bluegrass provides just the right medicine for bioMérieux's new service awards program

bioMérieux, Inc. - an international company specializing in the area of in vitro infectious disease diagnostics - honors employees annually for their years of dedicated service. So when they wanted to inject some new life into the service awards program, they turned to Bluegrass Promotional Marketing.

We helped them implement a customized, web-based program that allowed employees with 5-40 years of service to choose from a wide assortment of gifts tiered to their level of service.

But we didn't stop there.

We also incorporated a letter and certificate, signed by the bioMérieux President and Vice President of Human Resources expressing their gratitude to the employee, then included them in the delivery of the gifts.

The result?

The new program, along with the added touch of the letter and certificate, took morale to a new level and led bioMérieux Sr. Human Resources Generalist, George Melvin, to say, "Implementing this sophisticated program could not have been successful without the wonderful staff at Bluegrass.
